Q: I am having trouble purchasing Jisho from within the application, is there an alternative way to purchase the application? A: Yes. We now have a web store where you can purchase Jisho.

Q: Help! I've lost my serial number. Can you send it to me?
A:Sure. Please send an email to support [at] sugoisoft.com and I'll email your serial to you as soon as I get the mail.

Q: I think Jisho is the bee's knees, but I wish it could do X, when is it going to do X?
A: Short Answer: I don't know. Long Answer: It's quite likely that I haven't thought of feature X in Jisho. First send me an email info [at] sugoisoft.com and tell me about your idea. I can't guarantee if or when it will be added included in Jisho, but it will give me a clear idea of what people want in future releases.
